RubyLynne, Beth McKenna, Kira Noir Elected to PASS Board

LOS ANGELES—PASS (Performer Availability Screening Service), the nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting the health and safety of adult industry workers, has elected three new members to its Board of Directors: RubyLynne, Beth McKenna and Kira Noir. All three newly elected board members are active adult performers, underscoring PASS’s commitment to worker-led governance and ensuring that those most affected by health and safety policy have a direct role in shaping it.  RubyLynne is a performer, host of the multiple-award nominated "The Granny Panty Podcast," and long-time member of the PASS Medical Advisory Board. With a professional background in public health systems, she brings both health field expertise and lived experience to PASS’s evidence-based approach to health and safety. “I’m honored to join the Board of Directors at PASS,” said Lynne. “As a performer with experience in public health, I’m excited to contribute my lived experience and advocacy to an organization that sets the standard for safety, trust and accountability in our industry.” Beth McKenna is a two-time AVN-nominated performer with a background as a practicing attorney. Her combined legal expertise and firsthand industry experience allow her to contribute critical insight on compliance, risk management and worker protections as PASS navigates an increasingly complex regulatory landscape while ensuring policies continue to serve performers. “It is my immense honor to join the Board of Directors at PASS,” said McKenna. “As a performer with more than 30 years of legal experience, I look forward to supporting the Board on many levels, both as a performer and as a lawyer.” Kira Noir is an award-winning adult performer currently signed with Brazzers and a respected advocate and educator on performer rights and workplace equity. With extensive on-set experience and a strong public voice, she brings a practical, worker-centered perspective to PASS’s health and safety policy development. “I’ve seen the positive impact that PASS has had on our community my entire career. I’m thrilled to be able to be a part of the board, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to help keep my industry safe,” said Noir. “One of our goals in founding PASS as its own organization was to ensure that the people most affected by health and safety policy have real authority in shaping it,” said PASS executive director Ian O’Brien. “We believe that doing so makes the entire industry stronger, safer, and more accountable. Bringing exceptional and established leaders like Ruby, Beth and Kira into PASS governance ensures our standards are grounded in lived experience rather than assumptions.” Over the past 15 years, no HIV transmissions have occurred on a PASS-regulated set, and the organization has played a leading role in managing emerging infections, from COVID-19 to Mpox, in adult production environments. The addition of three experienced performer-leaders further strengthens this foundation and reinforces PASS’s role as a global leader in occupational health for adult workers.
