Pornhub’s Year-End Report Puts Male Performer Alex Adams on Top |

NEW YORK—Adult mega-platform Pornhub released its “2025 Year in Review†report today, announcing, “For the first time in Pornhub history, the top-ranked pornstar is male—Alex Adams.†According to a Pornhub spokesperson, Adams is #1, globally and in the U.S., while content creators Bonnie Blue and Lily Phillips debuted two spots apart on the global chart (#4 and #6), and in the U.K., adult star Angela White ranked first, followed by Phillips. Tyler Wu led PornhubGay, and Emma Rose was the top trans performer. Pornhub said LGBTQ+ interest “surged†in 2025. “Lesbian†became the world’s most-viewed category and ranked #1 in the U.S. “Transgender†grew 58 percent globally and ranked #2 category in the U.S. The search term “Femboy†entered the global Top 10 for the first time. “Latina†was the top searched term in the U.S., followed by “MILF†and “Asian.†Sharing scenarios were popular with viewers, with searches for “hotwife†up 101 percent, “cuckold†up 73 percent, “swingers†up 68 percent, and “wife swap†up 39 percent. Generational divides also were indicated in Pornhub’s statistics. Gen Z skewed toward “connection and play,†using search terms like “virtual reality,†“romantic†and “party,†while Boomers searched “more often for cuckold and interracial content.†Over one-third of Pornhub’s traffic now comes from women (38 percent), reflecting a 1.5 percent increase since 2024, and a significant rise from 2015 when women accounted for just 24 percent of visitors.
