Lovense Introduces App-Enabled, Interactive ‘AI Companion’

CYBERSPACE—Lovense, an interactive sex tech company, has launched the Lovense AI Companion, “a digital partner designed to create an exclusive 1-on-1 emotional and sensual connection,” a Lovense spokesperson said. “The long-term, evolving companion learns, remembers and responds just like a real partner, offering users an unprecedented level of intimacy,” the spokesperson added. Lovense AI Companion begins as a ”blank canvas, shaped entirely by the user’s imagination. From appearance and personality to background story and preferences, users can nurture a unique AI partner over time.” With continuous memory that synchronizes across devices, each AI partner becomes a “one-of-a-kind presence—emotionally, visually and behaviorally—offering a deeply personal and lasting connection.” The AI allows users to “share secrets, desires and fantasies without judgment.” Through ongoing communication, Lovense AI Companion remembers and recalls users’ communication style and emotional cues. As intimacy deepens, experiences become more immersive and enriched by AI-generated visuals, adding layers of “depth, excitement and realism” to every conversation, the spokesperson described. Lovense interactive toys can be connected to the Lovense Remote app, which enables the AI Companion to adjust a toy’s movements in real time.
