Adult Time Revives 'Under the Bed' With New Episode 'Manhood'

MONTREAL—With plans in place to roll out a brand new season of its horror series Under the Bed starting in June, Adult Time's Pure Taboo label offers up an early taste with special bonus episode "Manhood," out today on AdultTime.com. "Blurring the line between psychological terror and erotic horror, 'Manhood' follows Tommy (Tommy Pistol), a man undergoing routine surgery, only to awaken to a nightmare beyond his worst fears," reads a company synopsis. "When he discovers that his manhood has been taken from him, Tommy is lured into a hellish basement where a monstrous surgeon (Ashley Lane) and her assistant (Anna Claire Clouds) reveal the true cost of his recovery—a devilish pact that must be paid in flesh."   “In 2025, we set out to revive Under the Bed with brand-new episodes,” Adult Time marketing director and executive producer Frank Stacy said. “To introduce our fresh approach, we created a special episode as a sneak peek ahead of the second season, premiering this summer. For this project, we teamed up with acclaimed director—and longtime AT collaborator—Ricky Greenwood, a fellow horror fan, to craft something truly unique.”   Greenwood said of the new installment, “This episode taps into a primal fear—losing control of one’s body and identity—and amplifies it through nightmarish imagery and shocking twists. ‘Manhood’ is intense, disturbing—exactly the kind of story that defines Under the Bed.”   The four-part anthology series Under the Bed originally premiered on October 10, 2019, with first episode “Within,” followed by “The Night They Came for Lacy,” “The Thing From the Lake” and “Fertile.”     “Manhood” is available now on the Under the Bed channel at PureTaboo.com and AdultTime.com.
