FSC Brings Adult Industry Debanking Issues to Congress

WASHINGTON—The Free Speech Coalition (FSC) announced that it had a written statement for the record submitted to Congress regarding adult entertainment industry debanking issues.  The following was posted to the FSC’s blog: Free Speech Coalition was proud to hear our Statement for the Record on the debanking of our community publicly acknowledged by Ranking Member Maxine Waters as part of the House Financial Services hearing entitled “Making Community Banking Great Again” on February 5, 2025. We thank Representative Waters for being a champion for banking access, and to Senate Banking for prioritizing the harm done through “derisking.” FSC’s submission will become part of the official Congressional Record, continuing the formal dialogue with Congress on this critical issue.
