SWR Data Releases 2024 Top Creator, Cam Platforms Lists |
CYBERSPACEâAdult market research firm SWR Data has released its lists of SWR Top Creator Platforms in 2024, highlighting the platforms most used by adult creators. The lists, pulled from SWRâs 2024 survey of more than 400 adult creators, is the latest data from the firmâs year-end State of the Creator report, âMoney and Platforms." As part of the survey on the creator market, adult creators were asked to identify which fan platforms they regularly use to monetize content. SWR then compiled the list of the most frequently cited, along with the percentage of creators saying they used them. The Top 10 Fan Sites (used by adult content creators) are: 1. OnlyFans (71.3 percent)2. ManyVids (53.1 percent)3. Fansly (36.3 percent)4. LoyalFans (35.3 percent)5. Clips4Sale (30.2 percent)6. SextPanther (27.5 percent)7. iWantClips (24.7 percent)8. Pornhub (24 percent)9. Niteflirt (15.1 percent)10. Slushy (13.4 percent) Of these platforms, Fansly, LoyalFans and Clips4Sale all showed significant growth since 2022. LoyalFans showed particularly rapid growth, jumping from just 13 percent of creators in 2022 to 35 percent of creators this yearânearly triple. SWR also asked cam models to identify the platforms they most frequently use to earn revenue. The Top 5 Cam Platforms included: 1. Chaturbate (42.9 percent)2. Streamate (33.2 percent)3. MyFreeCams (13 percent)4. Stripchat (12.5 percent)5. CamSoda (7.6 percent) âWith so many options, hopefully this data can provide some insight for creators into how the industry may be moving, and which platforms appear to be attracting the most creators,â said MelRose Michaels, co-founder of SWR Data. âAs we note in the report, thereâs certainly complexity here, and top platforms can vary depending on who you are, where youâre based and what sector youâre working in. Still, weâve tried to provide a snapshot of the overall platform market for creators." The first part of the report, focusing on âDemographics and Market Sectors,â was published on December 12.
