Niki Media BV Announces Acquisition of BritSexCash

BUDAPEST, Hungary—Euro adult production studio and distributor Niki Media BV has announced it has acquired the gonzo British affiliate program BritSexCash. “The deal has taken a little time to put together and we’ve all worked very hard over the last few months," said former BritSexCash owner Robin Banks. “The guys at Niki Media aligned perfectly with the direction of travel we’ve taken over the last decade and we couldn’t have hoped to pass the brands onto safer hands.” Niki Media will take over the immediate operation of the BritSexCash program, including its niche brand sites Splatbukkake.xxx and UKPornParty.xxx. The studio also plans to continue producing the brand’s sex party content in the U.K. and take the content to new retail, VOD, and IPTV channels. Nikky Thorne will be in charge of all productions and talent management.
