EPA United Taps Cherie DeVille for Voting Awareness Campaign

LOS ANGELES—Adult industry voter advocacy organization Erotic Professionals & Allies United (EPA United) has partnered with adult star and industry advocate Cherie DeVille to release a series of social media videos aimed at encouraging voting in the upcoming election. In clips prominently displayed on EPA United’s Instagram and X platforms, DeVille addresses the audience directly, saying, “If politicians knew just how many of you stand with us, they'd have no choice but to start paying attention. And that's why we need you to join us this election season in showing our strength in numbers by using the voting tools on EPAUnited.org.” EPA United’s campaign with DeVille highlights the power of the adult industry’s fan base and workforce, and its potential to influence political outcomes. Another video featuring DeVille points out that millions of people, whether performers or fans, are involved in the adult industry, and that politicians need to be aware of their influence. “If you’re a fan of adult content, you’ve probably noticed that politicians don’t have our best interests at heart. … Politicians have no idea how many people are actually fans of adult content. They don’t realize we are their constituents. We vote,” DeVille says. This initiative is part of EPA United’s broader effort to rally the adult industry and its allies ahead of the election. By offering easy-to-use voting tools and raising awareness about the importance of voter participation, the campaign aims to strengthen the voice of the adult industry in the political arena.
