MojoHost Completes Major Upgrade of Legacy VPS Plans to Latest Hardware Platform

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – Premium hosting services provider MojoHost has announced the successful upgrade and transition of all legacy Virtual Private Server (VPS) plans to its newest hardware platform.

According to the announcement, the upgrade includes “a transition from older Intel Xeon processors with SSD and HDD technology to cutting-edge AMD Ryzen processors paired with PCI 4.0 NVMe storage.” The company added that the “significant upgrade has been performed seamlessly during scheduled maintenance windows, with all customer accounts now running on the new platform.”

“Customers will now benefit from over a 100% improvement in speed per CPU core and an astonishing 10 to 100 times the performance of underlying storage, providing a powerful boost to their hosting infrastructure,” MojoHost added in the announcement. “These upgrades have been performed free of charge to 300+ MojoHost customer VPS plans, leaving no account behind, regardless of age. Delivering the latest technology to all active Virtual Private Server products reaffirms its brand commitment to #GoodMojo with action that speaks louder than empty marketing promises.”

“Unlike many competitors who focus on reducing their costs by using inferior technologies, including lower-performing Intel or AMD processors with dramatically reduced gigahertz speeds per core, MojoHost prioritizes performance,” the company added. “By leveraging high-speed AMD Ryzen processors, MojoHost ensures fewer tenants per VPS node, leading to faster and more reliable hosting for its customers. This focus on performance makes MojoHost’s VPS solutions unparalleled in speed and responsiveness.”

MojoHost President, Brad Mitchell, said the company is “committed to providing our customers with the best hosting solutions possible.”

“This latest hardware upgrade is a testament to that commitment,” Mitchell said. “By transitioning to AMD Ryzen processors and PCI 4.0 NVMe storage, we’ve more than doubled the speed per CPU core and significantly enhanced storage performance. We also maintain a higher standard by reducing the number of tenants per node compared to our competitors, offering our clients the fastest VPS solutions available globally. Our customers will see immediate benefits, from faster load times to a more stable and responsive hosting environment.”
