Clip Page Launches ‘Ask About My Customs’ Messaging Feature

WYOMING – Custom content marketplace Clip Page has announced the launch of “Ask About My Customs,” a new feature that enables fans to ask the platform’s creators about the content they produce before placing orders, “in a secure and privacy-focused way.”

“Our customers have requested a way to discuss content ideas and to confirm details such as themes, toys, outfit and appearance availability,” explained Dan Cooper, Clip Page founder. “Ask About My Customs ensures expectations on both sides are understood before orders are placed and streamlines the content production process.”

According to Clip Page, the new Ask About My Customs feature provides “a guided experience where a fan can send one message at a time to a creator, who can then reply with a single response.”

Fans can ask follow-up questions of the creator only after the creator has responded to the initial message. Clip Page said this process “prevents lengthy back-and-forths, keeps conversations focused, and reduces the time creators spend reviewing and replying to questions about their content.”

For privacy purposes, the messages are sent through Clip Page, ensuring that creator and fan contact details are never shared directly. All messages are also “limited to prevent unwanted abuse or overwhelming the creator or fan,” the platform added in the announcement.

“I find the new messaging feature very useful in the custom video making process,” said Syndica, a Clip Page creator. “Now I can have a way to confirm details about the custom video before the order is placed, conveniently all in one place on the site.”

You can see the feature live now on Syndica’s Clip Page.

The “Ask About My Customs” is available now for all the platform’s creators and can be enabled in the “Messages” section of the portal.
