Sergeant Miles Sentenced to Two Years for Role in Jan. 6 Riot |
WASHINGTONâA federal district court on Friday sentenced adult performer Sergeant Miles to two years in prison for his role in the January 6, 2021 riot at the U.S. Capitol Building. In addition to the two years in federal prison, he faces a year of supervised release and must pay $2,000 in restitution. AVN reported that Miles participated in the riot as a member of the far-right Proud Boys. LGBTQ Nation reports that Miles, 40, is a military veteran who consistently shared conspiracy theories that the 2020 election, which went in favor of current President Joe Biden, was stolen in a "deep state" strategy to remove former President Donald Trump. Miles pleaded guilty in October 2023 to assaulting, resisting or impeding law enforcement officersâall felonies, according to the U.S. Attorneyâs Office for the District of Columbia. Miles has more than 370 credits in scenes across the straight, bi, trans and gay adult sectors. AVN reported in April 2022 about Milesâ arrest and indictment. He was caught on camera during the Capitol breach, which led to his being arrested in Florida and arraigned in Washington.
