This Week on Adult Site Broker Talk: Attorney Nick Zargarpour

Zargarpour has been handling clients in the adult industry for two decades and brings a wealth of knowledge to the table about both the operation of adult businesses and the legal and regulatory challenges facing the adult industry. In addition to his work as a trial lawyer, Nick also teaches business plan writing at UCLA Extension.

In part one of his interview on the show, Zargarpour said that one of the major recent changes in the industry from the perspective of his law firm is “we’re handling more creators now.”

“I think two years, three years ago when we last spoke we were handling a lot of the companies,” Zargarpour said, “and now creators have become their own little mini businesses. A lot of them ended up forming LLCs and mini corporations in the last three years, when California required everyone not to be independent contractors.”
