Fresh Faces: Kelsey Kane

LOS ANGELES—Kelsey Kane tells AVN her dramatic orgasms have turned into must-see events on the set. “I think I’m pretty fun on camera—very loud—and I cum very, very easily,” Kane admits. “Everyone really loves that about me. I have like Exorcist eyes. My eyes roll back and flutter and shit. “I’m a fun performer. Everybody who books me immediately wants me back.” The way Kane bounces in cowgirl is so intense that she even put the BangBus in the shop after a recent session with Jay Bangher. “When we were done fucking we got out of the bus and the tire was completely flat,” Kane recalls. “That’s how the scene ended. They had to go get it fixed. We broke the bus.” The fans have taken notice. Kane may only be about four months into her adult career, but she’s already been recognized twice in public. First a fan caught her off guard with a “hi Kelsey” when she was at the Inter Miami soccer game for Lionel Messi’s anticipated MLS debut on July 21 in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Then she got recognized at the O’Hare International Airport in Chicago. “Now when people just stare at me for a really long time I assume it’s because of that,” Kane jokes.  Kelsey, who attended the Inter Miami match against Cruz Azul on a whim with performer Parker Ambrose, reveals that “I didn’t even know soccer was played in America” until that day. “I didn’t know who Messi was,” she adds, referring to the superstar captain of the Argentina national team—and Inter Miami. The stripper and power-lifter, who is represented by Elite Talent Direct, started her porn career in mid-May and estimates she’s done between 30 to 40 scenes so far, most of which have yet to be released. A seasoned dancer who now moonlights at Spearmint Rhino in Sin City, Kelsey tells AVN that as soon as she found out what porn was she knew she wanted to try it. “I always wanted to do it but I was afraid of the backlash socially from it,” Kane says. “But then I said you know what, fuck it. It’s my life, I can do whatever I want. Now I wish I had done it sooner.” So far she’s done most of her adult work in Vegas and LA, while she’s also traveled to Miami and Phoenix for scenes. “I’ve kind of been everywhere. It’s been a lot of traveling and I love it,” Kelsey says. She especially enjoys doing virtual reality scenes—several are coming soon. “I love doing them,” Kelsey says. “I just don’t love doing like six in a row. I think they’re really easy to shoot even though they take longer. But it’s only one camera you have to worry about and it’s not moving around.” By popular demand, Kelsey has performed for WankzVR, POVR, as well as VR for PornPros and Bang!. “I’ve heard that their customers are asking. I’ve been told that in the comments they’ve been asking for me, so it’s pretty cool,” Kelsey says. “It’s been very interesting to see how much my career has changed in four months. “It’s been crazy. Everyone told me when I started that I’d blow up super fast.” She moved to Las Vegas from her home in Chicago in June and at press time was finally going to be moving into her house. “I love it,” she says. “My dad’s lived here my whole life, so I’m pretty used to the whole area. So it’s nice being around him.” Kane danced at Rick’s Cabaret in Chicago and then Rick’s in Minneapolis for more than three years before moving west. Born and raised in a suburb of Chicago, Kane says she enjoyed her humble midwest upbringing. “It was the literal best,” she says. “I grew up very simple, lower middle class. Cornfields, field parties… in the country. I grew up very much like that—an hour outside of downtown Chicago.” She started her OnlyFans in mid-March, doing POV boy/girl scenes with a guy she met who has become her best friend. “I owe that man, he helped me so much,” Kelsey says, noting he watched over her house in Chicago for more than two months when she left for Vegas in June. “And he didn’t complain once. He’s been a very big help in my career.” She met her agent, Scotty, the owner of Elite Talent Direct, at Exxxotica Chicago in April. Kane went to the convention with the intent of scouting potential representation. “I actually went around and met some people and I met one of his male models and he was so hot,” Kelsey says. “And me and him started talking and he introduced me to Scotty and a couple other agents. “I’m very pleased with my decision.” Kane says she watched porn before she was in it, but that she didn’t know who anyone was. “I don’t follow celebrities,” she says. “I just don’t follow people like that. I watched porn a lot when I was younger and now that I do it, I just don’t watch it at all. I watched bits and pieces of a couple of them.” Her first scene was for ExploitedCollegeGirls with Tyler Nixon; and her second one was with Isiah Maxwell for BBC Surprise in Phoenix. She says on Day 1 that “I wasn’t really that nervous.” “To you this is your first day of a job. To them, it’s Tuesday,” Kelsey says. “Now when I show up to work it’s just fucking Tuesday. That’s how I calmed myself down.” She points to a scene for AbuseMe as one her favorites so far. “And my most recent scene with Isiah Maxwell for New Sensations is gonna look so fucking good,” she says. “That scene is gonna do amazing. That man turns me into putty. I do very well with Isiah.” She’s done about 10 scenes with FilthyFamily and PervyFamily. When she’s not working, Kelsey loves going to music festivals and pushing herself in the gym. “I spend a large amount of time in the gym,” she says. “I started lifting when I was 15, but I didn’t start taking it seriously until this year. My first [powerlifting] meet is in December.” She lifts four days a week on a four-day split. “Traveling and lifting has been the most difficult thing I’ve ever had to do,” Kelsey says. “It’s hard to train for a competition when you’re going to a different gym every other day.” She does squats on the first day, bench-press on the second day, deadlifts on the third day and on the fourth day she’ll do a secondary bench regimen and a squat variation.With her diet, she just watches what she eats. “I just focus on eating enough. I don’t eat a specific meal plan,” Kane says. “I hit a protein and carb goal and if I hit that, the fat falls in where it needs to be. I just don’t eat crap, I eat pretty good.” The 5-foot-6 athlete played golf all four years in high school, shooting the low 80s when she was in form. “Now I’m terrible,” she says. “I don’t golf anymore. I got very burnt out and didn’t want to practice. But now I’m starting to think about it again. Next year maybe I’ll start playing again.” She says she has a very aggressive plan for her adult career in the next four years. “I’m gonna blow up a lot more over the next few months,” Kelsey says. “Right now the move has taken a lot out of me. It’s taken a lot longer than I anticipated but I’m in the home stretch. I plan to get a lot bigger and you’re gonna see me a lot more.” Photos courtesy of Kelsey Kane
