Hailey Rose Crowned Twistys Treat of the Month for September

LOS ANGELES—Hailey Rose knew her Twistys Treat shoot was going to be good when she saw the mood board that summarized her day with every detail. “They actually picked out everything,” Rose recalls. “I looked at it and said ‘it’s perfect.’ They really hit the nail on the head.” According to Rose, the Twistys team led by stylist/director Lea Lexis went all out with everything from her bikinis to her jewelry for her exclusive photoshoot and scenes as the September Twistys Treat of the Month. “Usually I do like to give my input and change some stuff. I like to give them notes back, but I didn’t have to make any notes for this,” Hailey adds. “I think the shoot went really well and I’m super excited to see it come out.” Rose modeled outside on a warm day in the San Fernando Valley, sporting three different looks that entailed her posing in and around a lush swimming pool. While the Valley heat was intense, Rose says the pace of the shoot kept her focused. “It wasn’t the easiest shoot I’ve ever done, but everything they designed for it was so beautiful and really fit my personal style.” Rose did her first professional solo video and also paired off with fellow Twistys Treat Kylie Page for her first lesbian scene as part of her Treat experience. “They let me decide who I wanted and I had shot content with Kylie a while ago and I wanted to do it with her,” Rose says. “She’s super sweet and also has amazing boobs. “I really enjoyed the opportunity to do something new and different.” Hailey says the occasion marked her first time meeting Lea Lexis, photographer JT & the crew. “They were really on top of it,” Rose says. “They were well organized. It was a long day but they kept it moving. They were working well together as a team. “I really like the teamwork aspect. It’s like my little family for the day. We come together to make this product. I felt that energy with her crew. I felt really welcomed.” Rose says she noticed that many big-name performers have received the Twistys Treat honor—one of the industry’s longest-running monthly titles that started in August 2005. “I felt really flattered they wanted me to be a part of Twistys,” Hailey adds. “I was so shocked when I got that text message. It took me two or three days to really process it. It did feel like an honor.” "Hailey made a huge splash in the amateur world," says a Twistys rep. "We knew we wanted to work with her on Twistys. Beautiful and all natural, she's the perfect Treat to end the summer!" Rose and her partner Max Fills started monetizing their OnlyFans content in November 2021—and their careers have taken off. Among their numerous high-profile collabs have been with Brazzers bad boy Keiran Lee, who expressed interest in shooting with Rose. They shot a content scene with Lee and then afterward he asked if they were interested in shooting for Brazzers. “I was like of course I want to shoot for Brazzers,” Rose recalls. Hailey says she and Max had been considering entering mainstream porn for a while but wanted to do it in a strategic way. “I had a few offers from companies wanting to buy some content, but I didn’t want to rush into it,” Rose says. “I think when we met Keiran and he gave us the opportunity to do our first scene with Brazzers, that was super special. “That felt like what I was waiting for even though I didnt’ know I was waiting for that.” They threw down in the Brazzers scene in November 2022. “And since then we’ve been building momentum,” says Hailey, who is self-booking while Max recently signed with Motley Models. “I’m super excited and grateful.” Born and raised in Orange County, the 24-year-old Rose graduated with a degree in Biology and began working at a science museum teaching an after-school program for third- to fifth-graders before adult. “I would teach them for an hour after school ended,” she says.
