Collective Corruption Announces Artist-in-Residence Program |
LOS ANGELESâIndie BDSM studio Collective Corruption has launched a unique Artist-in-Residence Program, selecting Arson Leigh as its first artist-in-residence. The position, possibly the first of its kind in the adult industry, was created to provide independent creators with additional resources and a collaborative environment, assisting them in creating larger works that would be challenging to achieve independently. The residency is set for three months. A spokesperson explained that Leigh will collaborate on new releases with members of the collective. In the end, this culminates in the release of a cinematic feature Leigh directs. âWeâre beyond excited to welcome Arson to her residency," said Lucas Ayres, a founding member of Collective Corruption and its managing partner. "Sheâs a singular talent possessing a truly unique vision. Weâve already begun work on her short film, and I promise that no one is going to want to miss it.â "The opportunity to work with such down-to-earth, creative, inspiring and like-minded people within the queer BDSM community is such an honor. It's wonderful to be involved in this new chapter, and I'm elated to be able to bring my ideas to life with Collective Corruption," Leigh said. âThe new residency program came out of a desire to use our platform to showcase a diverse array of talented artists from a variety of backgrounds,â said Hazel Paige, a founding member and partner of the outfit. "Arson is someone who is so solidly within herself that you feel drawn into her dreamy aesthetic world, which is just so encompassing and beautiful,â added Ravyn Alexa, founding member and partner. âFrom her speech to the way she presents herself and her salacious, blasphemous ideas, she's simply enchanting. I think our fans are going to be as much under her spell as we at the collective are!" Collective Corruption's website can be found here.
