Paxum Owner Octav Moise Set to Retire From Industry; Sells Brand

MONTREAL—After almost 16 years, Paxum Inc. CEO and owner Octav Moise has made the decision to sell the payment processing firm and its assets and is retiring from the industry.“It has been both a privilege and a pleasure to lead the development of Paxum into one of the premier global payment platforms,” Moise said. “I have truly enjoyed working with so many talented and devoted colleagues, and building long-term relationships with our clients.
