Scott Johnson – The Boss Behind XXX Job Interviews

This week YNOT talks with Scott Johnson, the owner and producer of XXX Job Interviews a site which creates some topnotch naughty and fun content.

The platform has prospective females interview for a “lifetime job opportunity” as an exclusive executive assistant. These pretend dream jobs have the “employer” thoroughly examine each of the women’s minds, bodies, and skills to see who can snag the coveted position.

Of course, in the real-world sexual harassment will land you in prison as it should, but here the women are willing participants, and the viewers get to act out their fantasies with no judgements or harm to anyone. It’s a mutual good time for all with beautiful models, a ton of humor and of course sexy scenes.

Below, Scott fills YNOT in on how the concept came to life, what it took to get it going, and what they’re working on in 2023 to make it bigger, better, and hotter than ever.

What brought you to the industry and how did you come up with the concept of the site?

What got me here was a love of porn and desire to put all my favorite parts into a single site.

For the concept, I basically took things I like from several different sites and put them all together. I took out the areas/types of content I felt were less desirable.

What were the biggest challenges of launching XXX Job Interviews?

Several.

Finding the experts with the technical knowledge to build the site, getting established as a real producer to recruit high quality talent, and learning the technical areas of lighting, shooting, and editing.

Who comes up with the interviews and how can prospective models get involved?

I plan all the scenarios and the script.

I come up with the general idea ahead of time, but most of the verbiage is ad lib. I also don’t give the models their lines because I want it to be organic – getting their most real answers. Also, I will often try different costumes to see which “job interview” most fits the model.

As for models, I get them from agencies, Twitter, and referrals from others I’ve worked with.

What do you like most about being in the business?

Meeting the models!

90% are just wonderful and after a shoot I love to just chat and get to know their background, who they are as a real person and what makes them tick.

What do you like least?

The rare model who cancels last minute, shows up in a bad mood not wanting to be there, or one that is not invested in the scene – it happens rarely but when it does, it’s very uncomfortable.

What is your special skill behind the camera, and why do you think models like to work with you?

I think I have a great gift of gab – spontaneity in script twists, bad jokes, and being generally goofy and silly behind the camera which makes for a fun time.

I also feel a real connection to the model and treat them as valued professionals with courtesy, kindness, and politeness. I am flattered by how many models write me days after the shoot thanking me for a good experience and letting me know they want to come back.

Tell us one of your success stories.

I landed some incredible talent when I was starting – Cassidy Luxe, Skye Maye, Yaya Gingersnatch and Alyssia Vera all worked with me early on and yielded great shoots.

I was lucky… they were patient and understanding when we were green.

What goals do you have for the site for 2023?

My main goals are to produce 75 new scenes, to increase subscribers by 5x, and venture into two girls and DP scenes.
