NSFW.Army/Fleshbot Acquires XCritic

Fleshbot has been one of the internet’s favorite sources for news and reviews from the world of adult entertainment since 2003. Over the past decade, it has become a one-stop spot for the adult content enthusiasts and has been profiled in such publications as Wired and The New Yorker. Fleshbot covers the straight, gay, and trans markets.

First launched over 20 years ago, XCritic.com was a popular adult movie website that focused on reviews, news, pornstar interviews and more. With this merger, XCritic writers will continue to create new reviews on Fleshbot.com as well as releasing a monthly “XCritic Pick” and “XCritic Pick International” for both the Straight and Gay markets. Each “XCritic Pick” spotlights a series, scene, or movie that stood out over the others.

In addition, the Annual XCritic Awards will also merge with the Fleshbot Awards, which aims to honor the best and brightest in the adult industry across all categories and genres.

Acquiring XCritic helps to strengthen Fleshbot’s mission of keeping readers informed of the latest of what’s happening in the adult space through articles, interviews, exclusives, and more. “XCritic has been an invaluable industry resource with top-quality reviews,” a Fleshbot rep noted. “So, XCritic merging with Fleshbot will only enhance the resources and the knowledge to take what has been built and make it even better.”
