Click here for the digital edition.LOS ANGELES — Britt Blair tells AVN her first day on a porn set was a blast even though she had no idea what she was doing.It was mid-September 2021, when the recently crowned prom queen flew from her home in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, to Arizona to work with Tyler Nixon for ExploitedCollegeGirls.“My first video ever I didn’t even moan one time because I was so much in shock,” the 19-year-old performer jokes. “I was paying more attention to the person with the video camera than my male talent.“I was very, very shy at first, but I got out of my shyness four or five scenes down the road.”She says she had never heard of the veteran stud Nixon before that day because she never watched porn prior to getting into the industry.“It was super fun,” Britt continues. “I was more in shock that there were cameras in my face and I was fucking this random stranger. You could tell I was super shy and puzzled.”Undeterred, the next day Blair did anal for the first time—on or off camera—for BackroomCastingCouch before making her first trip to south Florida, where she worked for BangBros’ BangBus, Team Skeet and Naughty America.“I most definitely have improved like crazy since then,” says Blair, who was wearing a naughty Halloween costume for her “Little Red Riding Ho” scene for BangBus.Represented by John O’Byrne’s East Coast Talent since earlier this year, Blair so far has performed in more than 40 scenes, appearing multiple times on Nubiles and AMK Empire, with additional outings for Tiny4k, Facials4k, SheSeducedMe, CherryPimps, New Sensations, WankzVR and Blacked Raw, among others.And the blonde, blue-eyed starlet at press time was selected as one of the official Trophy Girls for the 2023 AVN Awards Show on January 7 in Las Vegas.“I feel really honored because not everyone gets the chance to be a Trophy Girl,” Britt says. “It’s most definitely a good thing to get me out there.”She says she’s proud of herself that now she enjoys anal scenes, revealing that one of her favorite performances so far has yet to be released—with Mick Blue for TushyRaw.“The male talent was really great and the company was extremely professional,” Britt says. “They make you feel really good about yourself.”Blair started stripping as soon as she turned 18 in February 2021, when she was still a senior in high school.A few months later she was crowned the prom queen, creating somewhat of a scandal in her hometown because she was coronated along with another candidate’s boyfriend—and because of her job at the totally nude strip club.“I got a lot of negatively being a dancer in high school,” Blair says. “At first it was really rough, but I think that it made me stronger as a person.”Britt says one of her teachers came up to her at a nail salon after graduation and told her she was proud of her for how she handled the criticism.“She said, ‘You took everything that everyone was telling you, all the hate. If this is what you want do, good for you, you’re making more money than me.’”An athlete all throughout high school, Blair says she always loved dancing and didn’t want to settle for $8 an hour working at a local sandwich shop.“Getting naked wasn’t a problem for me,” says Blair, who still works at the strip club when she’s at home. “I had a lot confidence just because of cheerleading.”Blair says she did “very well” at the club.“During the winter time it was a little bit harder because everyone leaves from Idaho, but it didn’t affect me too much.”Nowadays Blair also dances in LA, too, when her scenes get cancelled.“That way I’m still making money and not losing money,” she says.Britt did cheerleading as a freshman, then track as a sophomore and played golf and basketball during her junior year. She says her sports were cancelled when she was a senior because of Covid.She excelled in basketball, going from complete beginner to being able to hold her own on the court.When Blair isn’t working, she likes taking her German Shepherd, Treasure—whom she rescued from a backyard breeder—to the coffee stand and on hikes.“I feel like I’ve changed her life,” Britt says. “I love animals.
