Lustery Releases Mini-Doc 'PornograHERs' for Int'l Women's Day

CYBERSPACE—In celebration of International Women's Day, AVN Award-nominated adult portal Lustery has released a documentary short titled "PornograHERs" offering a primer on "the history of p0rn made by women, femmes, dykes and nonbinary folks." Covering such notables as directors Paulita Pappel, Erika Lust and Shine Louise Houston, performer Jiz Lee, certified sexologist Annie Sprinkle and more, "PornograHERs" runs 8 minutes 20 seconds and can be viewed here. Noting that it is dedicating the entire month of March to this sector of adult entertainment, Lustery's announcement of the new doc posited, "That women themselves make porn is still something treated as a novel concept, when the truth is that women have been creating erotic art since as far back as Ancient Greece (if not further). We think it's time they get the attention they deserve." As part of this month-long tribute, Lustery will also be releasing Q&As via its online magazine POV with Shine Louise Houston & Jiz Lee on March 15 and Erika Lust on March 22.
