LOS ANGELES — Harriett Price, aka the notorious British Banker, gives the term “direct deposit” new meaning on her high-rolling AVN Stars feed. Price takes new banking applications daily—and membership has its privileges. Those who invest in her “huge assets” are always rewarded, according to Price, who’s been draining subs—and charging interest—on AVN Stars since January. “I am The British Banker, and my personality is ever so demanding, bratty and forthcoming, all whilst remaining elegantly British,” Price says. Sporting cleavage for days, Price manages her clients’ money with ruthless policies such as her “hard cock tax.” “Every time that cock gets hard you owe the bank $20—your statement is going to look amazing,” she declared in a recent message. No argument here. “I treat my AVN Stars platform like a real office,” Price explains. “I like to post how sultry and sexy I am, whilst reminding clients I am 100% in charge of a strong financial institution. My clients must always remember they are fortunate enough to be banking with the absolute best.” In one recent post in which she’s wearing a generously low-cut dress and black thigh-high stockings, The British Banker seduces the camera with a wink and the following words: “Goon yourself into a filthy relapse… there’s no turning back. My assets have you in a financial chokehold and YOU don’t ever want to get out.” Price completed her degree in law prior to finding her way into adult and now she applies a lot of what she learned in her studies to the adult industry. Suffice it to say she knows her way around a sub contract. In this exclusive Q&A, Harriett discusses how her legal training plays into her current profession, how she has embraced her new brand, and she reveals her most popular subscriber request. AVN: Where are you from originally—born and raised? HP: I was born and raised in London, U.K.! I have lived in England my whole life and am British through and through. What were you doing for work before you got into adult? I completed my law degree and was going to start my career in the legal world, and then I found the adult industry! I knew immediately that the adult industry gave me the excitement I had been missing but still let me draw on what I’d studied. What was it that drew you to study law? I’ve always been inquisitive as to what makes people behave a certain way and then why they go on to commit certain acts/behaviors. Studying law allowed me to get deep inside the minds of humans and understand complex behaviors, which is why I enjoy findom so much! I also naturally love studying and really enjoy getting stuck into books. How difficult was it to complete your law degree? What was the most challenging part? It was really difficult. I thank energy drinks and lots of sweets to get me through exam prep! I used to study all through the night and be in the library seven days a week coming up to exams. The most challenging part was definitely having to remember hundreds and hundreds of case names and facts. I suppose it’s why the bank can remember tiny details about each of its subs and their triggers ;)  When did you begin your adult creator journey? How did you get into it? What inspired you to go for it?I have been in this industry for just over a year now. I started on Instagram and came across different girls killing it as content creators, so I dived in, did my research, and here I am! The combination of being detail-oriented while focused on finances and getting to be sexy while doing it felt just right.  When did you sign up for AVN Stars? How did you hear about the platform? I signed up for AVN in January and haven’t looked back since; it is my main platform. I heard about the platform via Twitter, when I was deciding what platform to use and thought I would check it out. What do you think of the AVN Stars platform so far? What are your favorite features of it? I absolutely love the AVN Stars community. I have made so many friends with the other top models here on AVN and we’ve all been so supportive of one another. I also have a lot of new stars to the scene asking me for advice about contracts for their subs, so my law degree has certainly been put to good use! When did you begin being a findom? How did you learn your findom techniques? I started findom because I realized that I had all of the perfect personality traits and assets to become successful within the industry. I am bratty, demanding, and above all, extremely professional. It’s simply who I am, and I love using the strengths I already have to succeed in this business. I love being focused on details, requirements, and contracts, and my legal training combined with simply who I am gives me plenty of inspiration. What would you say is your most popular request? My most popular request from subscribers is to open up a new ‘bank account.’ I offer various forms of accounts which all offer their own incentives and benefits. To bank with me is an absolute privilege and allows my subscribers to indulge in their findom kink. My subscribers say that their favorite benefit from banking with me would be the benefit of me controlling their budget so they know exactly how much they can spend on their daily living expenses. I control all of their expenses down to the core, and they absolutely beg me to take even more control. It’s a privilege and a lifestyle to bank with me. In your opinion, why has findom become such a popular and lucrative genre of content creation? Findom has become such a popular and lucrative genre of content creation because finances are the center of people’s lives, and findom brings that focus on money into the most private and intimate sphere of all. Not everyone cares about the world financial market, but they do care about the money in their own bank account… or, if they’re fortunate enough to be my client, in MY bank accounts! What made you decide to rebrand?  It only made sense for me to be using my personality and experience to stand out with what makes me unique. There are so many amazing, beautiful dommes out there, but I wanted to bring a whole new concept to findom. No one else is offering banking services, so I took my law degree and business experience and applied it to my own brand. After rebranding, I’ve been consistently finishing in AVN’s top 10, so I guess you can see I’m getting 5-star reviews from my banking clients. How did you come to work with Princess Ava on your rebrand?  Princess Ava and I had become good friends before I started working with her and her company, YDW LLC. Often, we would message with each other on Twitter and laugh about crazy experiences we’d both have during the month with our subscribers. In July I reached out to Ava to see what kind of business advice she could give me, since at the time she had been the top AVN Star for four months in a row. She excitedly brought me in as a client, and I haven’t looked back! Things immediately clicked and she helped me understand exactly what makes me, as the British Banker, special, and how I could apply that to my business. Since working with Ava’s company, YDW LLC, my sales have increased over 600%, and I’ve consistently been in the AVN top 10!  How would you describe your ‘British Banker’ persona?  The British Banker is me at my most professional, most demanding, and most sexy. My clients know I expect them to follow all of the rules of my bank, or they’ll be subject to various types of banking and processing fees.  How did it feel to finish in AVN Stars’ Top 10 creators in August?  It felt so good! Here’s to finishing top 10 every single month! ;) What impact has your success on AVN Stars had on your life? AVN Stars has given me so much freedom to live my life exactly how I want and brings me so much happiness. I have never been more empowered than I am right now! What kind of video clips do you create? What is your specialty?  My clips combine sultry office wear with a hot, bratty banking persona. My assets are some of the biggest around, too, so they most definitely appear a lot! What have you learned about yourself since you started your adult entertainment career?  I’ve learned quite a bit about myself since I’ve started my adult entertainment career. Ever since I was a young girl I knew I was destined to be great. I’ve always had this confidence that lights up the room, which is something that definitely attracts my subs to the bank. Being the British Banker comes so easily to me since I am simply allowed to be my genuine self… which makes it the best job of all! What do you enjoy the most about your profession?   I absolutely love the fact that no day is the same. It is so exciting waking up every day not knowing what the day ahead is going to bring! I also love that I’m able to manage my subscribers’ finances; making sure that they have exactly enough money budgeted to spend on their one and only British Banker! What are your hobbies or interests outside of your adult work?  Outside of adult work I love traveling and investing in stocks and options. I also dabble into cryptocurrency and other investments. My experiences in the financial industry have been great because I’m able to give my subscribers some financial advice on what cryptocurrencies to invest in next. That way they can buy “low,” and transfer “high” right into my bank account! What’s next for you in 2021?  Big things are coming for the British Banker in 2021! Expanding my banking empire, focusing on my brand, and enjoying a lovely cup of tea each day as I assess all of my clients’ accounts.
