AVN Stars Spotlight: Elena Rosso

LOS ANGELES — Elena Rosso remembers wanting to help out her close friend’s family by picking up a few shifts at their Thai escort bar in Copenhagen, Denmark. But what she didn’t know going into the job was how it would change her life. The stunning native of Ukraine did a lot more than bartending during her years at the establishment—she stepped up when there was trouble, got in touch with her dominant side and found out so many things about herself that she carries with her to this day. Rosso describes her experience there as “absolutely incredible but not for the faint of heart.” “I love the nightlife, the people, the constant party, the bond you get to make with people that you work with,” Elena explains. “I got to be myself fully and someone always had my back no matter what. You never knew what to expect and that made it exciting but also very dangerous from time to time, after all, you are working amongst intoxicated people all night long. “We’ve had our door broken down, windows smashed, fights with broken bottles and knives, you name it. It never fazed me though, I grew up in that environment and was used to it.” Rosso brings that same fearlessness to her work on AVN Stars, where she is flourishing as a findom whose growing legion of minions submits to her wicked ways. “My puppies and peasants are what I like to call them, as well as my weak admirers,” Elena says. “They are very important to me. They are my good boys and I have built quite a connection with many of them over the past six months. “They give me everything my heart can ever desire simply because they love pleasing me and feeding my greed. They understand that my pleasure is their pleasure and I think that that’s a beautiful thing.” Rosso calls her approach to AVN Stars “my art.” “I absolutely love sharing it,” she says. “I also love to give my followers a glimpse into my everyday life and thoughts. I take them with me wherever I go.” In this exclusive Q&A, Rosso goes deep on findom, modeling, her artistic side and her “chameleon soul,” among other things. AVN: Where are you from originally—born and raised? I am originally from Ukraine, born and partially raised. My mother brought me with her to Denmark when I was about 9 years old to start a new life in a place where there were more possibilities for me in the future. ER: What were you doing for work before you got into adult? Well, for about five years I worked as a bartender/entertainer at a Thai escort bar located in the so-called red light district of Copenhagen. Prior to that I was studying business and freelancing. How did it come about that you began working at the Thai escort bar in Copenhagen? What were your job duties? The bar is owned by my best friend's family. They asked me multiple times if I would ever come in and help out. They’ve known me ever since I came to Denmark and I consider them my family. In the end, I gave in and agreed on taking a few shifts here and there to lift the burden. Soon after that I was there full time and it quickly became my second home. Bartending was of course my main duty, entertainment was the second—I therefore used to dance from time to time as well. I was also the one to take care of the various conflicts and fights but I’ll get more into that later on. How did that experience help you fully embrace your dominant side? I finally found a place where I got to be myself, fully. I’ve always been extremely dominant regardless of the place that I’ve worked or been. We did not have security so I was always the one to break up fights, call the police or kick people out. The amount of fistfights that I’ve been in with grown men can’t be counted on two hands. I was the smallest yet most aggressive one in the bunch. This was a place where I could stand up for myself and others without being scared of what my boss might say. They have always trusted me and backed me up, they knew that I didn’t get into a fight unless it was necessary. When you work at a place like that it is important to establish dominance right off the bat and that was clearly something right up my alley. You don’t get to be rude or disrespectful towards anyone that works there. I didn’t and still don’t care about how small I am, how frail I might look or the fact that I’m a woman, I crave respect and I will get it. I don’t care if I am getting into a fight with a 6-foot tall bodybuilder of a man, people don’t scare me and I will always stand my ground. Many customers often came in thinking that we were lesser and that they could talk or treat us the way they wanted to just because they were the ‘customers’ but they got to find out quickly, that that was not the case at all. We craved respect regardless of what we did for a living and if we didn’t get it, the so called ‘potential customers’ got kicked out within a blink of an eye. What was the best part about working at that bar? The bond you make with the people that you work with. It’s priceless. You are like a little army of a family regardless of where you stand, behind or in front of the bar. You support and stand up for each other through the good and the bad. We were all women of different ages with different backstories. You were never alone. How and when did you get into adult modeling? What inspired you to go for it? I've always been one to never be afraid of expressing and exploring my own sexuality. I believe that a woman’s body is a work of art in itself. I’ve always been told that I should do modeling but it took me some time to actually go for it. When I finally did, I loved it, but I struggled finding people that shared the same vision as I did. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve worked with some amazing photographers in my time, creating beautiful art but In the end, after not being able to find a photographer that shared my vision fully, I decided to take it into my own hands. If they couldn’t give me what I wanted or couldn’t see the magic behind my idea, I’d do it myself and so I did. That’s how I began taking and editing my own images. When did you sign up for AVN Stars? How did you hear about the platform? I came across it on Twitter, which is actually very lucky because I don’t use Twitter often. I saw multiple creators using it and speaking highly of it so I decided to do some digging and signed up shortly after myself. I’ve now been on the platform for about six months and I am not planning on leaving! What do you think of the AVN Stars platform so far? What are your favorite features of it? I absolutely love it. It’s the best one I’ve worked on so far and I have been through many. It’s easy to navigate and the support team is always there to give a helping hand if needed. I love the opportunity to stream as I am used to the direct interaction even though I don’t get to see the people I speak with, they get to see me as well as the different groups you can choose to stream for. Oh and don’t get me started on the paid block, that one has really been useful many times haha. For readers who may not be familiar with you yet, how would you describe your personality? I am a woman with a chameleon soul. There are a million sides to me, some of which no one has ever experienced to this day. I am very versatile and talkative but most important of all, very seductive and I love that about myself. I love to chat, laugh and build a connection with people that I interact with. I’m an open book. Very decisive, straightforward and the rest they will have to find out for themselves. When did you begin being a findom? How did you develop that findom persona?  It has always come very naturally to me. I’m very seductive and flirtatious by nature. I think it might run in the family. We are some very headstrong women, we get what we want regardless. I love to play and use my femininity to my advantage. I love to make myself irresistible to my submissive, I love to play with their minds, making them want to do whatever it takes to please me. Domination comes in many forms, it’s much more psychological than one might think and for me it is important to be able to dominate in various ways. To use my brains as well as my looks. The art of seduction is very special. I will pick you apart, find out what makes you weak and exploit it to the fullest in a way that you won’t be able to get enough of. I’d say that Findom has always been present in my life in one way or another but I began practicing it fully when I started working as a bartender. I quit my position last year due to the pandemic and decided to dive head first into the online world of it which I have been doing for the past six months and I couldn’t be happier. What kind of video clips do you create? What is your specialty? My specialty must be mesmerization and worship. Those are the types of clips I enjoy making the most. I try to hit as many topics and fetishes with my clips as possible. Cuckold, debt-fantasy, humiliation and so on are also present in my clip store. As I mentioned earlier, it is very important to me to be versatile in my work so I always try to expand and improve. What have you learned about yourself since you started your adult entertainment career? The most important thing that I’ve learned on this journey is that I am unstoppable by simply being myself. It made me realize how truly powerful I am. What do you enjoy the most about your profession? Definitely freedom. I adore being my own boss that gets to do whatever I want whenever I want to. I get to express myself the way I’ve always dreamed of, through my femininity and creativity. I get to show my art to the world and earn from it. I get to be myself fully and unapologetically and make a living from it. It’s a dream come true. What was your modeling background before you got into adult? I used to freelance a bit, even had a contract with an agency at one point many years back, but it has always mainly been a hobby of mine. It was the only way I could continue creating the art that I wanted. I got offered many jobs throughout but declined most of them because I never wanted to put my face and body towards something I didn’t stand for or liked. That is why I never took it to the next level. I knew that if it was something I wanted to do for a living I wouldn’t get to decide and most likely would be forced to say yes to shoots for products I didn’t care for just to make some money off it and that didn’t suit me right. How would you describe your art background and experience? What kind of art do you create? I’ve always been very creative from a young age. Whether it was drawing, singing or playing instruments for that matter. I even went to an art school but only for about a year and a half before we moved to Denmark. As I grew older I became more and more interested in photography. It captures a moment that tells thousands of stories. I am my own inspiration, my own canvas, my own art. I love creating nude art especially. There is something special about capturing a feeling or a mood using your own body. My art shows the various sides of me. Where do you draw your inspiration for your art? That’s a good question. Everywhere from nature to other people’s art to people in general. If I ever have issues expressing a feeling verbally I try to express it through an image. I always have some sort of an idea in my head which I try to then recreate into a real life form. Sometimes I’m able to and sometimes I’m not. It’s all about exploring and growing. What are your hobbies or interests outside of your adult work? Photography and editing of course. I also love nature and hiking. I often go for long walks in the nearby forest or park. There is always something new to see and find. Traveling is also something very close to my heart even though it’s not the easiest in these times. And then there is cooking and staying in with my cats but that’s my Ukrainian heart talking haha. What’s next for you in 2021? Expand and explore. I am ready to take my art and work to a next level. I have so many plans and new ideas in the making and I can’t wait to share them all! Perhaps even move to a different country, who knows.
