AVN Stars Spotlight: Aria Parker

LOS ANGELES — One of the fastest rising creators on the AVN Stars platform describes herself as a “geeky fairy brat.” She’s introverted, yet bubbly. She values her alone time so she can recharge, but also enjoys being social. She loves to be “a positive human” but also can be prone to bursts of negativity. Indeed, the enchanting Aria Parker is many things at once—all of which make even her even more attractive to the “Aria Addicts” who support her every move. “I love music, art and nature, but you can find me playing video games a lot of the time,” Aria adds with a smile. “I guess I'm a big rainbow of things in a very small, human-shaped jar!” With one inviting look, the “saucy” French Canadian seductress will lure you to “Aria Land” and compel you to “sit down, stare, stroke and submit”—not necessarily in that order. Whether she’s doing a live show in a hot tub, instructing fans to meet her August tip goal or teasing with nude photos, the Plant Princess casts spells that are hard to resist. “With my photos and clips, I'm always trying to one-up my last thing with something way better,” Aria says. “I’m constantly trying to grow and improve not just the quality, but the uniqueness and creativity of my content. “The only person I like being in competition with is myself, and I feel proud seeing my photography and art grow with me. I'm in love with bright pops of color, nature, the uniqueness and beauty of the female form, and how it works with different environments. “I try to look at every set I do like a new art piece.” It’s a winning approach to say the least for Parker, a former barista who has dedicated her full attention to AVN Stars since the spring with stellar results. In this exclusive interview, Aria talks in detail about her approach to the platform, findom, her creative process, the therapeutic qualities of art, her dream trip and much more. Where are you from originally—born and raised? I was was born In Ontario, Canada. I lived and went to school in Toronto, but spent half my childhood visiting my father in the countryside. You could say I'm a mix of a city and country girl. I just recently took the plunge to move to British Columbia because the nature and landscape here are the best in the entire country. I'm finally living out my Forest Fairy Dreams. What were you doing for work before you got into adult? Before I became an adult digital creator, I was working full time as a barista! I was very much into the world of coffee, and even spent my own money to take a barista training course. I make a mean Cortado and can make milk art. One of my many random skills. I do miss a lot about working in that industry, but at the end of the day the face-to-face customer service was way too draining for me personally. I do still act like a dork with Espresso every now and then though hahaha. How and when did you get into adult modeling? What inspired you to go for it? In 2017 my good friend told me she was making money on the side doing live cam shows, I was immediately interested. At the time I was between jobs, and working from home was always a dream for me personally. I've always been very open with my sexual side, but did struggle to find communities and individuals to comfortably express it with. I eagerly started doing live cam shows five days a week, and within months made more of an income than I ever did in the service industry. I quit my barista jobs and never looked back. During the pandemic, the platforms I was creating on and camming on became way too saturated, and I was looking for a change. Along came AVN Stars. I was very impressed with the layout and style of the site, and made a creator account right away. After slowly phasing out from the platforms that didn't work for me any longer, I became a full-time content creator on AVN! One of the best decisions I've ever made. When did you sign up for AVN Stars? How did you hear about the platform? I signed up for AVN Stars late summer of 2020, and became a full-time AVN Stars creator sometime around April 2021 once I stopped doing live cam shows full time. The website came to me when I was researching other platforms to join, being unhappy with the ones I was on at the time. I was ecstatic about the entire layout. Everything from the Explore page, to the Live feature and clip store, has been missing from these other platforms. I'm really excited to be part of such an innovative, forward-thinking platform. What do you think of the AVN Stars platform so far? What are your favorite features of it? It’s been the best platform I've used thus far. They really took all the best features that these adult platforms have, and put it all on one site. So far my favorite features are the Groups & the Live Stream function. I love seeing what groups all my different followers will join; they're all so different in their kinks. I really love doing bubble bath live streams for my ‘Aria Addicts’ Group; it’s such a special group of my biggest fans, and it’s always such a fun, no pressure show. The Explore page on AVN is really something special, too. It’s really an amazing tool to bring in new followers. How would you describe the AVN Stars community that you’ve built - your Aria Addicts? My Aria Addicts, where do I begin! They are my biggest fans, cheerleaders, contributors, supporters. I always work hard to make content that is really unique, and constantly improving with each project I do. My Aria Addicts are always there to support me the most in each endeavor I have. In return, I have created a community special for these subscribers, and they get special perks like extra content and live shows. When did you begin being a findom? Was that your persona from the start? Findom came into my life years ago when I started adult content creation, but I never fully dove in until I became a full-time creator on AVN Stars. I noticed the huge amount of traffic particularly for findom, and when I decided to dip my toes in, it just felt right. Not only is it a very lucrative fetish to cater to, but also such a fun one. I really enjoy expressing the dominant side of my sexuality, and it’s lovely to have such a great platform to do it on. My findom subs are some of my favorite. Whenever I need anything, they buy it.How did you learn your findom techniques? I mostly learned my findom techniques when I started catering to the fetish on AVN Stars. They say “fake it until you make it” and it didn't take me long. I've of course learned a lot from my fellow Dommes on Twitter and AVN Stars, but practice is always the best way to conquer a skill. What kind of video clips do you create? What is your specialty? Most of my clips are exclusive for subscribers, and are perfect little visual stories into the world of Aria. I like to make and edits clips from each photoset I do, and try to capture the vibe from each in a video. Eventually I would love to shoot video in more unique locations, and have more thought out, specific themes, including cosplay. I will be making a lot more video clips in the near future, as well as long format videos. I'm usually self shot and only do solo content, as I find it more intimate for me and followers. What have you learned about yourself since you started your adult entertainment career? I have learned what a confident, bad-ass, hard-working woman I am, and it’s such a gift. If you told me five years ago that I would be running my own business, and succeeding this much in my goals, I would not believe you. My career in the adult industry has brought me more opportunities than I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing, and I'm in full control. It’s really very awesome. What do you enjoy the most about your profession? My favorite part of being an adult content creator is the content creation! I've been a visual and digital artist for almost my whole life and this is such a cool, sexy and personal way to explore my creative side. I get excited every time I plan new shoots, editing my photos is so much fun, and I love to see everything come together in the end. How did you learn to take self portraits and techniques such as lighting? I've always been interested in photography, and even took classes in high school, learning to shoot on film and develop in a dark room. I never used myself as a subject until now, and it took some getting used to. Learning your angles is a learning process hahaha. Self portraits have definitely helped heaps with my self confidence. I know my body better than anyone, and creating art with it is truly a special and intimate experience. What are your hobbies or interests outside of your adult work? I'm split between the digital world and the real world. I'm either watching something animated, playing video games or singing and hiking in the woods. I try not to spend too much time doing just one thing, so I'm always trying to spend my time evenly with each interest of mine. I really enjoy music, a hobby very dear to my heart. I sing, play guitar, ukulele and piano. I would love to integrate music into my content more some day! How would you describe your interest in art? Art to me is a way to express the mess of emotions I constantly have as a human being. I find it very cathartic, and often create pieces that help release some sort of blocked emotion. I've always been very casual with the creation of my art, because it’s more of a personal experience for me than my other hobbies. Eventually I would like to put more time into my skill as an artist, and even start selling prints. What kind of art do you like to create? These days, I spend most of my time making digital art. I love illustration, as well as mix media and mingling that and my photography together. How would you describe your fitness regimen? I try to workout at least 30 minutes a day. Emphasis on “try.” I used to be a dancer, and still have a lot of muscle tone and flexibility from that, but recently I've been craving more of a full-time fitness schedule. I recently got my first gym membership, and I am very excited to start improving another area of my health. I am very active though in the sense that I'm either always hiking or biking the beautiful trails of British Columbia. What kind of video games do you like to play? What is your favorite game and why? There are many video games that are near and dear to my heart, but my three favorite franchises—if I had to pick—would be Final Fantasy, Pokémon and The Legend of Zelda. All very different games I know. I'm very into video games that have a good mix of story, exploration and puzzles. The first video game I ever played was Ocarina of Time on the N64. I was 5 years old and the perfection of that game was enough to hook me into video games for life. I just finished the most recently released Zelda game, so it’s safe to say I'm still saving the Princess to this day. What kind of anime do you like? What is your favorite anime and why? The topic of favorite anime is a loaded one for me hahaha. I've probably mentally digested more than 100 series at this point, from Full Metal Alchemist to Fruits Basket. If I had to choose one, the one that beats the rest, my first anime ever, it would be Inuyasha. Not only did this show kickstart my absolute love for animation, but my love and appreciation for Japanese art and culture. Why is Japan your “dream trip”? Ever since I can remember, I've always has such a huge adoration and love for Japan. Everything from the beauty of the landscape, to the depth of the culture and traditions has been something I connected with. Their music, architecture, technology, animation and art are all so profoundly inspiring to me, and I cannot wait to go there and pay my respects to the country myself.What’s next for you in 2021? I have many big plans for the rest of 2021, and the years to follow. Focusing on the quality of my content, as well as the unique places I'll be shooting in. I would like to start posting sets from different travel destinations around the world. I’ll be doing more cosplay very soon, as it’s been something I've wanted to explore my whole life. I will also be integrating my digital art and music into my content more as the time passes. As my platforms get more of a following, my content grows with it and it’s exciting to plan what's next.
