Liz Flynt Takes Over Publisher Role at 'Hustler' With July Issue |
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.âThe late Larry Flynt's widow Liz Flynt has stepped into his role of Publisher at Hustler magazine. "Hustler will carry on!" Mrs. Flynt wrote in her first Publisher's Statement in the iconic magazine's July issue, out today on newsstands and in digital format. "Having had the privilege of being by Larryâs side for the past 30 years, at home and in the office, the reins have now passed to her hands," states a company announcement of the transition. "She promises to faithfully honor Larryâs legacy by continuing the Hustler traditionâshowcasing beautiful women, calling out political hypocrisy and fighting hard to protect the First Amendment." Added Liz Flynt, "As Larry would say, âLife goes on, and it is good.ââ AVN Award-nominated Russian model Mary Rock graces the July cover and is showcased in a 12-page centerfold spread. Additional pictorials feature Vanna Bardot, Casey Calvert, Mandi Armani, Hazel Heart and more. This monthâs Hustler Classic, a popular feature with readers, is the 2007 âThank God for Country Girls,â shot by Laurent Sky and featuring Briana Banks and Brittney Skye.
