AltPorn Awards Announces Date for Virtual 2020 Awards

LOS ANGELES—AltPorn.net has announced that its 2020 AltPorn Awards, presented by MyFreeCams, will be held virtually on December 30. Back in March, when AltPorn's team announced that MyFreeCams as exclusive Presenting Sponsor, many expected to be having a party in person, but since that can't happen due to the pandemic lockdown, those folks are instead looking forward to getting together digitally. The virtual edition of the AltPorn Awards will have an interactive chat (for ticketed guests only) available during the event. The virtual red carpet will start at 7 p.m. Pacific/10 p.m. Eastern and all nominees and VIP attendees will be welcome to walk (virtually). (Tech details will be sent to ticketed nominee and other VIP guests.) The red carpet will be hosted by April Flores. Following the virtual red carpet, MC Jeffrey Damnit and Trophy Goddess Malice McMunn will return to host the ceremony and unveil the winners. (Yes, everybody who needs to be in a room together will be COVID tested.) While the community won’t be able to all be IRL with one another, the AltPorn Awards team will be shipping event gift bags to all nominees and VIP attendees, and a few recipients will find some extra fancy prizes from sponsors in their gift bags. Tickets are available at AltStarAwards.com and are free for general admission, nominees and MFC models, and VIP ticket upgrades are available for purchase. VIP upgrade includes commemorative totes full of swag from the sponsors who make this event possible. Industry and fans are both welcome.
