YNOT Awards Categories & Nominees Announced, Voting Period Open

YNOT Events announced Monday the categories and nominees for the upcoming 2020 YNOT Awards. The event, which will be virtual for the first time in the show’s 10-year history due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, will be held December 3, on the last night of the upcoming YNOT Summit.

YNOT President Jay Kopita said every effort is being made to reproduce the glitz, glamour and fun that attendees have come to expect from the YNOT Awards over the last 10 years.

“We will bring the fun and do our best to bring everyone together and enjoy the two-hour show,” Kopita said. “Since everything is virtual this year, we plan to break the monotony of online awards shows with our own brand of community, especially since we anticipate that many more people will be tuned in compared to in-person.”

The YNOT Awards will take place on the final day of the YNOT Summit, which runs December 1-3. The December Summit will be YNOT’s second virtual edition of the event, following a highly successful three-day conference held in July, which drew nearly 2000 registrations.

The annual YNOT Awards are not to be confused with the YNOT Cam Awards show, which celebrates the industry’s best cam performers and clips artists. The annual YNOT Awards, on the other hand, focus primarily on business awards, designed to recognize the industry’s leading companies and executives. The YNOT Cam Awards currently are slated for March 31, 2021, in Hollywood, California, immediately following YNOT’s three-day Cammunity trade show, which had a very successful inaugural event in 2019.
