Matthew Camp Signs Exclusive Deal with Men.com |
BURBANK, Calif. â Men.com has announced a new exclusive deal with social media influencer, actor and entrepreneur Matthew Camp. With the deal, Camp becomes the latest member of an exclusive MEN performer roster that includes William Seed, Johnny Rapid, DeAngelo Jackson, Diego Sans and another recent signing, Joey Mills. ââWhat excites me about working with MEN is that we both share a commitment to bringing forth unique films to this saturated market,â Camp said of signing with Men.Com. âWhen I first began working with MEN on my Camp Chaos series it was immediately apparent that this company was not afraid to blend art, humor, and sexuality to create the kinds of films I always dreamed of bringing to the public. It’s their commitment to continually reinventing and reinterpreting the adult entertainment field that had me convinced that signing with them was going to be a hallmark of my career.â According to the announcement release from Men.com, Camp got his start working as a âgo-go boyâ in New York City nightclubs, then âparlayed his brand of hyper masculine sex appeal to social media becoming known and lusted after all over the world.â Camp later played a character âvery close to himselfâ in the 2013 film Getting Go: The Go Doc Project. More recently, Camp has appeared in Netflixâs Hurricane Bianca: From Russia with Hate, where he starred alongside RuPaulâs Drag Race winner Bianca Del Rio, as well as in the HBO documentary Wig, which chronicles the history of Wigstock. Camp first collaborated with Men.com in the three-part âdocu-sexâ series Camp Chaos, in which Camp recreated some of his formative sexual experiences. Camp Chaos premiered at Torontoâs Inside Out film festival in May and screened at Frameline San Francisco in June. In another recent development, Camp announced last month that he is partnering with Rebecca More (of âCock Destroyersâ fame) to become co-owners of the online clothing brand âDaddy Couture,â where the pair will create exclusive merchandise catering to each of their fan bases. âThis partnership is going to bring my fans access to me and my art in a way that was previously impossible,â Camp added of his new deal with Men.com. âMEN has been adamant on sharing my vision of what porn can and should be. That is what sets them apart from a sea of more generic productions. When we discuss upcoming projects, they are of a scale unlike anyone else is capable of and always through the lens of preserving the story and image that I have created for myself.ââ Ryan Cash, production director for Men.com, called Camp âthe quintessential all-American male.â âHeâs simultaneously the campus jock of your dreams and the nerdy boy next door,â Cash said. âHe has the attitude, the body, the face, but itâs really those eyes that sell it. One look into those eyes and you are his forever. Those eyes are a weapon, and he is not afraid to use them.â In its announcement, Men.com said other major announcements involving Camp will be coming in the weeks ahead. |
