Sanctuary Studios LAX To Hold Marketplace & Charity Auction

LENNOX, Calif.— Sanctuary Studios LAX will be one busy place on November 2, 2019, since it will host a Sanctuary Marketplace from 1 A.M. to 6 P.M., after which Mistress Cyan will hold her annual Charity “Slave Auction” party and Thanksgiving food drive for the homeless, running from 8 P.M. to 2 A.M. These events will be at Sanctuary Studios LAX, Southern California’s largest dungeon, located at 10914 S. La Cienega Blvd., Lennox, CA 90304, near the Los Angeles International Airport. The day will kick off with House of RayvnBlood presenting Sanctuary Marketplace, hosted by Master Gabriel. This annual event features one-of-a-kind and handmade products by some of the best innovators of bondage gear and fetishwear under one roof. Attendees will find deals on new products and custom creations. Admission for Sanctuary Marketplace is $10 at the door; vets and active military are free with ID. Nineteen vendors are lined up for this year’s marketplace, including Justin Sayne Leather, Booty Bangers by Brian, Geeky and Kinky Pins, Pocket Snakes Whips, Que Sera Jewelry, Orchid and Serpent, and RayvnBlood Leather, just to name a few. Later that evening will be Mistress Cyan’s “Slave Auction” charity food drive and fundraiser for the homeless in Southern California. Admission is $20 at the door. This pervy take on the charity bachelor auction is a Sanctuary tradition dating back over 20 years. Switches, submissives and dommes volunteer to put themselves up for auction, while “buyers” exchange non-perishable food and canned goods for “auction money.” Bidding starts at about 9:30 P.M. and the winning bidders keep the “slave” for the duration of the party. This is for fun; everything is negotiated, consensual and all safewords will be respected. “Last year, our efforts inspired a few local churches, groups and Munches to step up and donate to our cause, and the result was that more than 30,000 people were fed because of what we do,” said organizer Mistress Cyan. “That is an incredible accomplishment that all of you who participate should be proud of. Your efforts are making a difference in the lives of a lot of other people.” Last year, the auction collected more than 2,000 cans of food and more than 200 pounds of dry goods, as well as cash and gift cards to distribute for Thanksgiving. The beneficiaries of the food and blankets are those served by The Metropolitan Community Church in North Hollywood. The food and blankets are then distributed to food banks and the needy all over Southern California.
