Fresh Faces: Savannah Sixx

She lives only miles away from the pleasure points of Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Francisco. Just turned 20, she was working a 9 to 5 locally but with a yen for something more. Porn was “something I was always interested in.” She did some due diligence on the internet and came up with Motley Models. “When I got in contact with Motley, [they said] we’re going to put you on a plane for L.A. It was my first time flying, it was my first time coming to Los Angeles. Everything! So I get to Los Angeles and I think I never want to go home. It’s just amazing here.” When AVN first talked to Sixx, she had already shot “about 17 scenes” in two months. She likes her work. “I’m so happy on set, and my co-stars are amazing. My favorite, I have to say, is Jay Smooth—and Lucas Frost, I worked with him. But Jay is someone I’m actually kind of familiar with. So it was absolutely phenomenal. It was just a great scene. When it’s someone you want to work with, it’s so much better.” Other recent partners include Chad White, Johnny Castle, Jack Vegas—and Sarah Vandella. “I love boy/girl but I love my girls too.” She's already made some strides in her new career, including a turn as a Penthouse Pet in August. And she's done her first big acting role in Will Ryder's Love Emergency, out now from Adam & Eve Pictures. As far as her time away from work, Sixx pursues “a lot of hobbies. I’m not like a crazy go-out girl. I’m more of a homebody, but I also like to go to concerts. I go to Monterey, we have the pier, and Santa Cruz is just a minute away with the Boardwalk.” But right now career comes first. “I want to build a name for myself, a brand, I don’t want to stop, just keep going.
