Aspiring Trans Porn Model Says She Lost Job Because She Has Penis

Ria Cooper, who 10 years ago at age 15 became the United Kingdom’s youngest person to undergo a gender transition, now says she wants to perform in a trans porn film—but a producer who made her an offer quickly rescinded it when he discovered that she retained a penis, according to a report by Britain’s Daily Mail newspaper. Calling the producers behavior toward her “discriminatory” and “appalling,” Cooper reported him to local police, who in turn told Britain’s Sun tabloid newspaper that they had received a report of a “hate incident” on October 16. “The report has been logged and will be investigated,” the police spokesperson said. According the account in British media, a man claiming to be a porn producer reached out to Cooper via text message after spotting her most recent “glamor” photographs online.  “I didn't think it was a very professional way for a photographer to act but I am looking to pursue a career in porn so I was open to it,” Cooper said, as quoted by the Mail. But the alleged producer, whom Cooper has not named publicly, backed out when he saw via one of her social media profiles “that I'm a 'ladyboy.’” The “producer,” who apparently planned to appear in his planned video with Cooper, fold her that he could not bring himself to have sex with her because “she has a cock.”  But Cooper now says that she believes the unnamed man knew what he was doing all along, and, in fact, originally wanted to have sex with a transgender woman—but got cold feet, and became cruel toward her. “I think he did know that and did want to have sex with me but just got embarrassed so backed out,” Cooper said. “The way he spoke to me after that was absolutely disgusting, no one should be discriminated against for their lifestyle choice.” Cooper said that she went public with her story of the incident to help other trans people who endure discrimination and other forms of abuse.
