Affiliate Expo 2020 Set for March 27-29 in Rome

ROME – The third edition of the Italian Affiliate Expo has been set for March 27-29 at the Mercure Roma West Hotel in Rome, the event’s organizers announced this week.

“We are proud of being the organizers of the first (and now the biggest) event in Italy dedicated to affiliate marketing,” the show’s organizers said in a release issued this week. “For this third edition we aim to become even more international. We will invite successful affiliate marketers and affiliate programs from all around the world.”

The show’s organizers added that their goal for the Affiliate Expo is “to become the main reference point for the Italia Affiliate Market” and “the meeting point between the best networks and affiliates of our country.”

Based on attendance and participation numbers from the two prior editions of the Expo, the show’s organizers expect over 700 attendees, including representatives of over 160 publications and a variety of online advertising networks.

Topics discussed in presentations and seminars at the Expo will include areas like online dating, gambling, nutritional product promotion, traffic sources, data analytics and tracking and creative marketing approaches. The central focus of the Expo, however, is to provide attendees with networking and relationship building opportunities, according to its organizers.

“Affiliate EXPO 2020 will be the missing link of the trilogy, an Expo as you never seen before,” the show’s organizers said in their release. “For this edition will have one large plenary room, more equipped. Fewer speeches are planned compared to past years, in order to give more time and space to the exhibition area and to networking activities. You’ll have the opportunity to stay up to date with new market trends and to establish new cooperation with the best performing Affiliates of the Italian market.”

While the details of the Expo’s schedule are still to be determined, the basic shape of the three-day event is already in place, the organizers said.

“Friday will see several networking activities and an evening party,” the Expo organizers said in their release. “While the days of Saturday and Sunday will be dedicated to speeches and the exhibition area. On Saturday evening there will be a gala dinner, during which the Affiliate Awards 2020 will be given to the winners.”
