Clybourn Avenue in Chicago. This location marks the 31st store for the nationwide chain and the first in the state of Illinois. The retailer has signed a 10-year lease with options to extend and has spent $1M to renovate this multi-level 5,000 square foot location, which will add more than 15 jobs to the local economy. It has been pursuing an aggressive expansion plan since 2016. The first Hustler Hollywood opened in 1998 on the famed Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, making this the company’s 21st year in business.   “Our typical shopper is female, between the ages of 35-55, and we are a favorite stop for couples who are on a date night,” said a company representative. “We are also seeing more and more millennials coming in to shop, but we still find that our typical shoppers are over 30 and predominately female.” “We have had our sights on Chicago for the last three years, taking our time to ensure that we chose the perfect location.
