Alex Saint, Larkin Love Turn to Fans, Friends to Raise Funds

TAMPA, Fla.—Adult performers Alex Saint and Larkin Love are reaching out to their fans and friends in the adult community for assistance via a GoFundMe campaign to help the course of true love to run more smoothly. British adult performer Saint and indie performer and cosplayer Love were set to wed on June 29—until they ran into some trouble when they traveled to the United States. Before they could complete their itinerary, they were detained and questioned—and Saint was sent back to his homeland, the United Kingdom. Their experience is detailed on the GoFundMe page, with Love describing the interaction with immigration authorities: "The thousands of dollars we had spent on months of pre-marital legal counsel from a US immigration attorney was useless against what happened next. Separation and interrogation began immediately. This went far beyond a border entry interview. Humiliating questioning and harassment about the nature of our jobs lasted for almost 8 hours while the two of us were kept completely apart. During that time, our frantic questions about the health or safety of our beloved partner went completely unanswered.” After the encounter, Saint traveled back to Europe and is now in the Netherlands. Love plans to join him. As she writes on GoFundMe, “For the time being, I have returned to Florida alone to sell and pack everything I own. During what should be my wedding week, I am instead organizing an international move.” Love established the GoFundMe campaign to help with her precipitous move to the Netherlands. Already, the couple reports, Clips4Sale and Pornhub have stepped up to the plate and donated toward the $10,000 goal. Clips4Sale laid down $1,500 and Pornhub contributed $1,000. “It’s amazing the outpouring of love that we have encountered from both our civilian and industry friends,” Saint said. “Larkin and I appreciate everything, including the donations.
