Time Stands Still For Lovers In New Future Darkly Episode |
MONTREAL, QC—Adult Time sends up the old Twilight Zone episode "A Kind of Stop Watch" with a clock-stopping new sci-fi adventure from Pure Taboo’s Future Darkly series, "All the Time in the World," a fantastical fable about life’s possibilities when the world can be frozen in time by a simple click. Alina Lopez plays Gabi, the picture-perfect object of her friend Ted's (Justin Hunt) affections. When Gabi’s boyfriend (Nathan Bronson) drops to his knee and proposes at her birthday dinner party, Ted’s dreams are dashed… until he discovers a pocket watch with the amazing ability to stop time. “You don’t want to be with him; you deserve better!” rants Ted. He uses the watch to halt all activity around him, unfreezes Gabi and declares his love. “I’ve stopped time so you could realize that I belong with you!” Gabi is skeptical but Ted is adamant: “We have all the time in the world for you to figure it out!” Director Craven Moorehead said, “Alina is absolutely radiant in this episode, and she and Justin did such a great job of bringing this fantasy to life. Who wouldn’t want to stop time to try to get the girl of our dreams if we could?” “Was a huge pleasure working for Future Darkly; I’m super excited to see it,” said Hunt of his leading man role. “I always enjoy working with Craven and the crew. My talent was best! Alina Lopez is incredible and such an amazing actress and performer. Finally, a huge thanks to Nathan Bronson for nailing his role insanely great, dude!” The full episode and trailer are available here and also within the dedicated Future Darkly channel on Adult Time at AdultTime.com/futuredarkly to watch other episodes of Future Darkly.
