AltErotic and Ivan Join Forces for the Greater Pornographic Good

LOS ANGELES—Ivan is an owner of and director for Puba. When he's not directing award-winning DVDs, he is responsible for the websites of big-name performers like Asa Akira, Christy Mack and Nicole Aniston. Thanks to AltErotic.com, Ivan's skills with cinematography and editing will have yet another venue for display. “My relationship with Ivan goes back over 15 years. We met when I was first starting to cut my teeth as a performer in the early 2000s,” says Sascha Koch, AVN Hall of Fame performer and founder of AltErotic. “I’ve watched Ivan’s career over the years and his awards stack up. I knew that after this project gained some momentum, he was the one I wanted driving the company as the cinematographer and creative director.” AltErotic is built around the love of outward expression and modification of the body. Alt Erotic is giving me an outlet to shoot weird and crazy and sometimes stupid yet amazing content,” said Ivan. “After working for the most extreme and crazy companies, I thought I have seen it all and shot it all, but filming a girl getting her asshole tattooed while being banged? Seriously lets my imagination flow even more. This will be one hell of an inked-up ride, to say the least. Maybe I'll finally step up my mid-life crisis game with some ink of my own." Ivan holds a bachelor's degree in cinematography from Brooks Institute of Photography and was the 51st winner of the President's Award in its 50 years of existence. In addition to his lengthy adult industry career, he has also directed 20-plus horror and documentary films that have received critical acclaim from both Fangoria and Rue Morgue magazines. AVN Describes the marauding director as having an “MTV Style of shooting and editing" as well as the title of "Horror Porn Maestro.” His awards cabinet includes statues for AVN’s 2016 Best Web Director, XRCO’s 2018 Best Web Director, and AVN’s Most Outrageous Scene.
