Urban X Announces 2019 Hall of Fame Inductees

LOS ANGELES—The Urban X Awards on Tuesday announced the 2019 inductees into the Urban X Hall of Fame.The 2019 Urban X Awards is scheduled for Aug. 18 at the Globe Theater in downtown Los Angeles.
