Celebration of Life, GoFundMe Organized for Bill Bailey |
LOS ANGELES—A gathering to celebrate the life of adult performer Bill Bailey, who passed away last week in a fatal accident while attending the Expo Sexo convention in Mexico City, has been scheduled to take place next Tuesday, March 19 at Corbin Bowl in Tarzana. Organized by Kendra Lust, Nina Elle and Randy Quintana in conjunction with Mark Spiegler, the event will run from 7 to 10 p.m., and attendees are asked to make a recommended $50 donation that will go to directly to Bailey's family and his fiancé AJ Applegate to help cover their unexpected expenses during this time. "Difference aside, this is for a good cause to help the family of one of our own with the costs related to this tragic accident," Quintana said. "Everybody is welcome, please find in your heart to donate what you can." He continued, "While the $50 donation may seem steep, we've all bought rounds of drinks for each other that were more than this amount, so we'd rather see this money go to AJ Applegate and Bill's family than to ourselves." For those unable to attend but who would still like to make donation, a GoFundMe campaign has been set up here. As the GoFundMe page explains, "Because the accident happened outside of the country, there were additional expenses involved in getting Bill back here and putting him to rest." Corbin Bowl is located at 19616 Ventura Blvd., Tarzana, CA 91356.
