Porn Producer Claims Video Shows NH Lawmaker in 7 Hours Of Scenes |
On Monday, AVN.com reported on a lawsuit fled against New Hampshire state legislator Frank Sapareto, 58, by a Simi Valley, California, man who says he is a porn filmmaker who partnered with Sapareto not only to produce adult videos, but to shoot at least one in which the seven-term lawmaker would perform. On Tuesday, new details in the case emerged, with an attorney for self-described porn producer Jonathan Carter aka Roy Randall saying that he is in possession of seven hours of video footage showing Sapareto in action filming porn scenes with a female co-star, according to a report by WMUR TV News. Carter’s lawsuit claims that for some reason, Sapareto was unhappy with his scenes, and took it out on his business partner by going over to his house and beating him up. Sapareto admits that he went to Carter’s home, but only to return camera equipment, and that the visit was amicable. Sapareto, a Republican who was convicted of a misdemeanor assault told WMUR that the allegations against him are all lies, part of a “political hit job” to sabotage his reelection campaign just a week before the November 6 vote. He also claims that he is the victim of an extortion plot, and said that he plannd to file charges against Carter. "I haven't seen any of these things,” Saparetto told WMUR. “Again, he's a master of this, it’s what he does for a living. And that's what he told me. If I didn't give him the money, he was going to destroy my political career." According to a Los Angeles Times report the lawsuit says that Sapareto and Carter has a deal in which the lawmaker and father of two would star in a film titles Creampie Apocalypse, “a film that purported to tell the story of an apocalypse with adult-film actresses searching for the last remaining man.” The lawsuit, according to the Times, says that not only did Sapareto and Carter form a business partnership to make the film, they engaged in creative discussions over the film’s title, rejecting such candidates as Last Sperm on Earth and Armageddon Sperm Donor before settling on the final Creampie title. After initially denying that he knew Carter at all or had any business relationship with the California man, according to the Times, Sapareto quickly changed his story to admit that he had invested $5,000 in a partnership with Carter to produce tourism videos—but became suspicious when Carter revealed that he had previously been involved in an insurance fraud scheme, and also was acquainted with people in the porn industry. At that point, Sapareto claims, he went to Carter’s home and returned the camera equipment. But Carter’s lawyer, Eric Dubin, dismissed Sapareto’s version of events. “This is a man with a very important position in the state legislature,” Dubin said of Sapareto, who is vice-chair of the New Hampshire House Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee. “His judgment and willingness to lie about this is extremely questionable and troublesome.” Image via WMUR TV Screen Capture
