PinkLabel.TV Announces New Shine Louise Houston Film 'Birthday'

SAN FRANCISCO—Pink and White Productions director Shine Louise Houston has released a new short film Birthday on her company’s video-on-demand platform, PinkLabel.TV. The erotic film explores a poetic narrative within a queer female relationship, with one partner played by adult film star Barbary Rose, and with Nenna Feelmore, proprietor of the erotic art gallery Feelmore, in a non-sex role. Additional appearances include adult film stars Sal Marquez, Jack HammerXL, Jasper Stone, and Ruckus. The film’s driving soundtrack was scored by C. Daddio, who worked with Houston previously on her feature film Snapshot. Birthday premiered in Austin, Texas, while Houston was in town for a speaking appearance at SXSW. It was well-received by audiences, who commented on its resemblance to a music video.
