Michelle Brickman Passes Away

LOS ANGELES—Michelle Brickman, who co-owned classic studio Cinderella Video for years with her husband Charlie Brickman, has passed away. "Michelle was one of the sweetest and toughest women I ever met," veteran industry sales executive Howard Levine, who knew Michelle for almost 30 years, told AVN. "I would see her every week to pick up movies for her mail-order company. She will see sorely missed."Brickman, who had been battling cancer, died on Feb. 19 in West Hills, Calif., according to a post on her Facebook page."She leaves behind her husband, Charlie Brickman, her sons Robert Brickman and Steven Brickman, her daughter Lynn Brickman, her granddaughter Nya Ellis and all of her loved friends and family," the post read. "Funeral services will be held at Mount Sinai Simi Valley, 6150 Mount Sinai Dr, Simi Valley, 93063 on Thursday, February 22 at 10 a.m. and will be live streamed for those that cannot make it in-person.
