Fresh Faces: Astrid Star

It was with Xander Corvus. He’s a really good guy. He helped me out for my first scene. He made it more comfortable.” Before becoming a performer, she was in the military, and after leaving the service she started webcamming on Playboy Live. “I did pretty well on that, and got a good following. I wanted to see how much further I could go.”She entered the military to get away from the small Texas town where she grew up. Stationed in San Diego, Star found that “being around people from all over was a good experience. You can talk to everyone and learn their experiences. I liked that.” There’s a trace of the Lone Star State in her accent but for the most part, Star says she’s left Texas behind: “A lot. I haven’t gone back to visit in a long time. I still have it in my blood, I think.”Star takes pride in her webcam fan following. “When I would log on I would notice a lot of the traffic would go into my room,” Star says. “I learned how to talk to guys about their fantasies. There are some things I hadn’t heard of. Everybody has different fantasies. You get to know your regulars. Sometimes you just need somebody to talk to, about your everyday life.”She is determined to “make every scene the best I can. I have experience, and I can use that. I can grow in the industry, and when I’m old enough to play a MILF, I can do that.” In the future, she’d like to work with Chris Strokes, James Deen and Ryan McLane.
