LAS VEGAS—Back for the second year at the AVN Novelty Expo, Novel Erotics once again opens the book on romance—literally. The pleasure product company brings together small collections of sex toys and accessories with a theme, and then packages them in boxes that look like ordinary novels. Novel Erotics founders Anne & David Moyer began selling their unique, adult-themed, book-style sex toy collections in July 2016. “We are based in the New Orleans metro area, and felt there was a need to provide sex toys in a form that was a little more approachable for individuals and couples who were turned off by overt packaging, or who just weren’t sure where to start,” Anne said. “Each of our ‘Novels’ is book-style storage box with a magnet closure. Contained inside is a set of themed sexy toys that complement a very short erotic story on the inside cover.” Novel Erotics has a total of four Novels offered for sale, with distinct product collections: Evening Tea: A bondage/S&M-themed novel contains a matching black/red blindfold, wrist cuffs collar, leash, paddle and feather tickler.
