Jimmy Kimmel Pokes Fun at Prop 60

HOLLYWOOD—As part of his opening monologue on Friday night's episode of "Jimmy Kimmel Live," the titular comedian called attention to California's Proposition 60, the initiative appearing on the state's ballot next month that would enforce the use of condoms in adult productions statewide. Though Kimmel put less than a porn-positive spin on his riff about the prop—cracking that he didn't understand how porn stood to lose millions of dollars since "as far as I know, no one has paid for porn since 2006 ... it's free now"—his overall underscoring of the absurdity of the measure makes for a big boost for the No on 60 campaign.
