Fresh Faces: Scarlett Sage

Home State: Virginia | Age: 19 | Height: 5-foot-1 | Weight: 98 pounds | Hair: Blond | Eyes: Blue-green Scarlett Sage, who turned 19 this June, described her decision to become an adult performer as “so spontaneous. I was on a dating site and one of the talent scouts from Motley Models found me. After I found out it was legit I had to deal with the other side: Did I want to go into the adult industry? I live in a small town, it’s not something people do there. I took a couple weeks to decide, but I’m also adventurous. I love adventure and thought this would be a great opportunity to be sexually adventurous. “I didn’t judge the industry, I was never one of those people, I just thought it wasn’t for me. Then I figured I would never know that if I didn’t try it. I did a shoot for FTV, loved it, did Net Video Girls — then I went home to tell my mom. She was calm until about two days before I was going to leave, and then she told my entire family. My entire extended family knows I’m doing porn right now. My parents have been divorced since I was one — and she told my dad.” Back home, she works in the rescue squad, assisting EMTs, with an eye to becoming an EMT herself. She was an athlete in high school, was the captain of the soccer team and ran cross country, going to the Virginia state competition for two years. Her plans for the adult industry: “I’m looking forward to discovering myself, sexually as well as mentally. I wasn’t with that many guys before I did porn. I had sex a lot, but not with that many guys. But I never had an orgasm until I shot a scene with FTV. My boyfriends, obviously, did not do a good job. I thought I had one, until I had my first boy-girl scene. ‘Yep. Nope, I didn’t.’ Now I’ve discovered how to do it. Orgasms are the best things ever. I’d also love to work with Dark X as well as Blacked with Greg Lansky.” (In fact, Sage did just that shortly after AVN interviewed her.)
