Fishbein Ranks Personal Porn Top 10 for HuffPo |
CYBERSPACE—To mark the VOD release of his documentary X-Rated: The Greatest Adult Movies of All Time, The Huffington Post commissioned AVN founder and 2016 Visionary Award recipient Paul Fishbein last weekend to submit his own personal top 10 list of the best triple-X pictures ever made. Though it seems writer David Moye is about as versed in adult cinema as Melania Trump is on the nuances of plagiarism (note the subhead: "These films actually have stories as well as sex"), Fishbein's venerable expertise carries the day, with his list proving a mandatory viewing guide for anyone interested in bolstering their porn literacy. Fishbein's top 10 list is as follows: 1) Nothing to Hide, Cal Vista, 1981 2) The Opening of Misty Beethhoven, VCA Pictures, 1975 3) Scoundrels, Command Video, 1982 4) The New Devil in Miss Jones, Vivid Entertainment Group, 2005 5) Blonde Ambition, Video-X-Pix, 1980 6) Fallen, Wicked Pictures, 2008 7) Corruption, SexZ Pictures, 2006 8) Roomates, Video-X-Pix, 1981 9) The Fashionistas, John Stagliano/Evil Angel, 2002 10) Pirates, Digital Playground/Adam & Eve, 2005 The full article can be found here. Fishbein producted X-Rated: The Greatest Adult Movies of All Time with partner Darren Roberts for their Plausible Films. It was directed by industry vet and onetime AVN managing editor Bryn Pryor, and debuted on Showtime in February 2015. The documentary is now available through Amazon Video, Vimeo and other VOD providers.
