Fresh Faces: Cassidy Klein

Hometown: Orange County, CA | Age: 24 | Height: 5-foot-3 | Measurements: 34-24-36 | Hair: Brunette | Eyes: Hazel If anyone watching a Cassidy Klein scene comes away with the impression that the young brunette is particularly graceful, that's not by accident. "I have a big dance background," the 2016 Best New Starlet nominee told AVN. "As a kid, I danced ballet, tap and jazz, everything, pretty much, for 16 years." So it's perhaps no accident that Cassidy was cast in Hard X's Anal Ballerina with Mick Blue. "That was my first time ever working for Hard X," Cassidy, who's been in porn for about two years, said. "Mason had an insane vision for my scene. She created all of it; like, she heard I could dance ballet, and she was like, 'Can you really dance ballet or are you just one of those girls who go, "Oh, yeah, I can totally dance; I can so dance," and when it comes down to it, you don't know a single move?' I said, 'No, I danced ballet for 16 years. I know what I'm talking about.' "We did the scene in just a big open room that brought this amazing light in, and I danced in black point shoes, which was something I had never done before," she added. "Mason wanted it to be more edgy and not just a pretty ballerina scene. You know, it's Hard X, and she's Miss Edgy—I loved it! And I got to keep the shoes, too! I'm never giving them away." But despite its title, Anal Ballerina wasn't Cassidy's first anal scene. "That was for Fuck Games for Brazzers," she recalled. "It was also my first time working with Keiran Lee. I had never done that before, so that was fun. It was interesting meeting him; he's funny." But perhaps her favorite scene so far has been for Jonni Darkko's Evil Amateurs, where she worked with Chris Strokes. "That was really a great scene," she gushed. "It was actually our second scene together; we had worked with each other once previously, and we just had excellent chemistry the second time around. It was just ignited!" Cassidy is developing quite a résumé considering her short time in the business and having come from a background that, incredibly, included no webcamming and no stripping. "I didn't even know how to apply for any of that stuff. I got into porn by answering an ad on Craigslist," she informed. "It was an ad from Motley Models. Before that, I was a nanny for a very long time, while I was going to medical school to become a hemodialysis technician, but I had to drop out because I couldn't afford it." It was with Motley that Cassidy chose her original stage name, Bridget Bond. "I came up with Bridget Bond in like 10 seconds," she said. "I was filling out paperwork for my very first agency, and they were like, 'Okay, pick a name,' and I was like, 'Oh, I didn't even think about what my name is going to be,' and she was like, 'Well, I have to go home in like 10 minutes, so can you think of a name in 10 minutes?' I was like, 'Okayyyyy...' And that's the best I could come up with in 10 minutes." So why "Cassidy Klein"? "I just thought it was a prettier name than Bridget." Cassidy revealed that she might like to own her own production company someday—but at the very least, she's got a dream scene in mind that she'd like to be part of, inspired by one of her favorite movies, The Notebook. "I think it's every girl's dream to relive the sex scene from that movie," she said. "It's with Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling; they play Noah and Allie, and they're young and they found love, but one day, her family picked up and left town and she couldn't get a chance to tell him 'I'm leaving but I'll write letters, I'll try and find you.' It's based in like the 1940s or '30s, so no cell phones, can't text you, 'Hey, babe, I'm leaving; BRB.' So she has to leave town, can't contact him, and years go by, and they see each other again and they're totally in shock. He is in the process of building this house, and she goes, 'Wow! I really like the house you built. I think I want to buy it,' and so the scene is happening where like he's working on the house and she comes to visit it, check up on the house to see how it's going, and it starts to rain, and they're on a dock by the house, and it's just like the most dramatic, passionate sex scene ever! It would make you cry and horny at the same time. It's beautiful and sexual and it's in the rain; like it's raining so they're soaking wet, and it's like the energy of 'we've been gone for so long, we were so in love; what happened? Let's get that back. Fuck my brains out.' It's a really good porn plot, especially the raining part, so that's what I want." On the other hand, she's pretty happy with one unusual scene she's been in—so of course, we asked her about it. "I'm sure I've done stranger, but what pops into my head is a scene that I shot for My Hotwife Blindfolded, for New Sensations, with Eddie Powell and Jacky St. James. It was also my first boy/boy/girl—not a DP; just my first boy/boy/girl, and I was really into the scene. That's the most unique thing I've done so far." In her off-hours, Cassidy likes to hike down to the beach near where she lives: "Like, Laguna Beach, there's some canyons before you hit the waterfront, and they've got really cool hiking trails through the canyons." Cassidy's also a dog person, having one rescue hound that lives with her, and another that lives with her parents because "they just wouldn't let him go." And speaking of parents, they're well aware of what she now does for a living. "They're supportive of me but they don't really like to think about it too much," she explained. "I might not necessarily tell them, 'Oh, I did this crazy anal scene; it was awesome; the director was so proud of me.' I might say something like, 'I was the star or two Wicked movies, mom. Aren't you proud of me? There were lines, there were many scenes where there was no sex at all, just dialog,' and I think they are proud of me because of how much acting I do have the opportunity to do in porn. I do get to do a lot of New Sensations movies where there is lines, there's scripts, and Wicked movies. I love dialog. I'm a theater junkie; I'm a theater kid since I was like 10 years old. I was in a few school plays, and would have done other productions but I didn't because I was also taking singing lessons and piano lessons and tennis lessons all at the same time.
