Aspen Rae Cuts Ribbon for 2016 AVN Adult Entertainment Expo

LAS VEGAS—Live cam star Aspen Rae cut the ribbon to signal the beginning of the 2016 AVN Adult Entertainment Expo Wednesday at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Rae, who was representing MyFreeCams.com, the presenting sponsor of the four-day event, grabbed the scissors at 11:45 a.m. to kick off the week’s festivities while a few dozen photographers captured the moment. “It’s actually a huge honor to be a part of the official opening ceremony,” Rae told AVN. “I’m very proud to have had this opportunity. I felt very powerful holding those giant scissors in my hands.” The Penthouse Pet and Twistys Treat from Yosemite National Park, Calif., said this week marks her sixth trip to Sin City in January for the biggest week in adult entertainment.  “There so much energy during AVN week, it’s just poppin’ all the time,” Rae said. “Every day there is so much going on.” Rae also said she was blown away seeing herself on billboards and posters decorating the casino and throughout the city. “It’s surreal. As soon as I got to Vegas I saw myself on a taxi. It makes me very proud to see the position I’m in,” she added.
