Metro Distributors Announces Hiring of Two New Managers |
CHATSWORTH, Calif.—Metro Distributors has announced the hiring of Telly Lopez-Fu as its digital product manager and Lewis Adams as its new sales manager. Both employees recently joined the staff, and are based out of the company’s west coast office in Chatsworth, California. Telly Lopez-Fu comes to Metro after a seven-year stint with leading shemale content producer Grooby Productions where he was their director of business development and affiliate manager; previously he was the affiliate manager for Mr. X Productions. Lopez-Fu will manage all of Metro’s digital product offerings and will be spearheading the creation of a Metro network of websites that will draw upon the company’s extensive catalog, as well as newly-shot content that the company recently began releasing on DVD. Telly’s efforts will be centered around managing Metro’s affiliate marketing, traffic generation, and SEO, as well as driving the company’s social media campaigns. Longtime sales warrior Lewis Adams brings nearly fifteen years of adult industry experience to Metro, having carved out an impressive career selling DVDs, novelties and managing licensing for several leading companies, including Pulse Distribution, Damaged Pictures, Smash Pictures and Topco Sales. In his new role, Adams will oversee sales for the Cal Vista Pictures, Video Team, Deviant Entertainment and Fusxion DVD lines that Metro distributes, with six monthly releases currently on the schedule. Adams will also handle licensing for all of the content from Metro’s wide-ranging library of titles, in addition to selling the company’s LoveLife lingerie products and Brahma male enhancement pills to retailers. Lopez-Fu said, “With 40 years of content, much of it never before seen online, and a commitment to producing new and exciting content, Metro has a fantastic opportunity to make a mark on the industry and I am honored to be a part of the team.” Adams added, “I’m extremely excited about this opportunity Metro has to offer. In addition to producing new movies, they are expanding into several different ventures and I’m honored that they brought me in to be a part of this expansion. 2016 is going to be a great year for Metro.” “We’re very excited to have Telly come on board to lead our internet initiatives and grow Metro’s online presence by opening up new strategic partnerships. Telly’s experience managing affiliate programs and numerous web properties will help us streamline our online brand development offering consumers a network of niche-based sites,” commented Metro Distributor’s CCO Alex Guarino. “The addition of seasoned industry sales veteran Lewis Adams is another great asset to add to our team; his product knowledge, enthusiasm for selling, and customer relationships are exceptional, and he is on top of today’s constantly evolving marketplace.” For more information on Metro Distributors, please visit MetroB2B.com; for digital/web inquiries, Telly Lopez-Fu can be reached at Telly@metroemail.com and 818-885-2800, ext. 1; for sales and licensing, please contact Lewis Adams at Lewis@metroemail.com or 818-885-2800, ext. 9.
