Sarah Vandella, Ron Jeremy Appearing In Mainstream Indie Horror Flick |
LOS ANGELES—Two leading names in the adult entertainment industry, Sarah Vandella and Ron Jeremy, are set to appear in the mainstream indie horror flick Werewolves in Heat. With the tagline “A new breed of comedy,” the movie is written and directed by Lance Pollard, who is known for the indie movies Slices (2008) and Crack Whore (2012). Werewolves In Heat will be released by Bad Amigo Pictures. “The small desert town of Death Valley is home to a local Biker gang known as the Legion of Outlaws, an MC who traffic drugs, prostitution and the occasional werewolf attack,” the movie’s entry on IMDB.com reads. The film revolves around three college guys and a weekend trip to Death Valley, which ends up being way more than they bargained for when they hire two hookers at a local biker bar. They have a wild house party, and of course get attacked by a vampire or two on a full moon is on the menu. Pollard refers to the film as “an ’80s style throwback comedy revolving around bikers, nerds, and sexy werewolves.” Billed as the funniest horror movie of the year, Sarah plays Freya, Queen of the Werewolves, in her breakout mainstream role. The film also stars Minchi Murakami, Christopher C. Raff, Ivet Corvea, Mir Waiss Najibi, and the legendary Ron Jeremy, who plays Chancho. The movie poster features a graphic of Sarah with possessed eyes and a full moon behind her. “I was very honored Lance remembered meeting me a few years ago and gave me a lead role in his movie,” said Sarah Vandella. “I had so much fun working on the film. Everyone was amazing and I’m so pleased at how the film turned out.” To view the trailer and/or buy the movie, go to WerewolvesInHeat.com/.
