Velv'Or Opens Up Shopfunding Campaign |
AMSTERDAM—Velv’Or, the manufacturer that creates jewelry-like pleasure products for men, announced it is opening its Shopfunding campaign to all adult retailers. The announcement comes after Velv’Or has run the program through a select group of European stores that are selling the JBoa. Velv'Or created this Shopfunding campaign to raise money to fund the second generation of the JBoa. The JBoa is a lasso penis/cock ring created by Jelle Plantenga, the owner of Velv'Or, because he was missing a minimalistic stylish lasso on the market. The second generation will come in Velv’Or’s iconic black cigar tube, but will be delivered in a cigarette box. Velv'Or created this outer box on request of many brick-and-mortar stores: many of them sell the JBoa from a glass display, because they are scared it will be stolen, but love to have the JBoa in the open amongst all the other products. This new packaging will give them this option so they can increase their sales. Planting said he is hoping people will place orders and pay in advance to he can realize his goals for the second generation JBoa quicker. “If enough retailers jump on this adventure, then delivery in early August could be realized,” he said.
